Jamie Loggins, MD, FACS, FASMBS
Jamie Loggins, MD, FACS, FASMBS is a board-certified bariatric and general surgeon with over 15 years of experience, having successfully performed more than 4,000 bariatric surgeries. He specializes in minimally invasive and robotic surgery techniques, including gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and revisional surgeries.
Dr. Loggins received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, completed a general surgery residency at Marshfield Clinic/St. Joseph’s Hospital in Wisconsin, and completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery at UC Davis Medical Center.
He believes healthcare is a partnership, with clear communication and long-term relationships at the center of each patient’s journey. Outside of medicine, he is an avid triathlete, a Christmas-lighting enthusiast, and enjoys time with his family and dogs.

Aimee Zhang, MD
Aimee Zhang, MD, is a fellowship-trained bariatric surgeon and board-certified general surgeon. She specializes in minimally invasive bariatric surgery and is fully trained and certified in the use of the Da Vinci robotic surgery system.
Dr. Zhang is dedicated to patient-centered care and shared decision-making, working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and preferences.
She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, completed her general surgery residency at the University of Virginia Health System, and completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery at Ohio State University.

Ryan Killpack, PA-C
Ryan Killpack, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant involved in all aspects of patient care. He provides clear education so patients can take an active role in decision-making.
Ryan has clinical experience in emergency medicine, general surgery, family medicine, women’s health, orthopedics, cardiology, and pediatrics. He also assists in the operating room when needed.
Born and raised in Firth, Idaho, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from BYU-Idaho and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from West Liberty University. He enjoys time with his family and the outdoors.

Scott Mangum, PA-C
Scott Ryan Mangum, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant providing care in acute and outpatient settings. A Southeast Idaho native, he is proud to serve the community where he was raised.
Scott earned a Master of Clinical Health Services from the University of Washington MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Idaho State University. His background in nutrition, primary care, and clinical medicine informs his practical, whole-person approach to health.
He is passionate about helping patients build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness, including healthy weight management, nutrition, movement, and preventive care. Scott works collaboratively with patients to create realistic plans that fit their individual goals and lifestyles.
Before becoming a physician assistant, Scott worked in clinical support roles in Pocatello, including emergency department registration, outpatient access, clinic admissions, and medical assisting. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising, cooking, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.
